Since 2017, Monty Legal Consultants has been led by founder and director Simone Monty. An attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in corporate structuring, contract drafting and drafting of corporate transactional work, Simone is skilled at communicating legal matters succinctly and ensuring a client’s needs are always met and understood.
Simone has assisted all manner of clients, from startups to national and internationally listed entities.
Previously, she has held long standing Commercial Directorships at Routledge Modise Attorneys, Eversheds and Hogan Lovells where Simone established, operated and headed each of their Consumer, Credit and Privacy Departments. She also held the position of Director of Corporate Law at Moss Morris Attorneys.
